Vtufin, the private label credit program of Vicky Form, divested 100% of its private credit business to Inversiones Accionarias Landus operator of Tarjeta Amiga and formed a new partnership with Tarjeta Amiga to launch a new nationwide credit program. As a result of the transaction Vtufin gained access to a national credit card network and secured continuity of its private credit business.
