Te Creemos, a specialized financial institution that provides comprehensive financial services to low income individuals and to small and micro enterprises, acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Finclusión, a large regional microfinance institution with operations in 13 states in Mexico. With this transaction, Te Creemos’s credit portfolio grew by more than 40%, and the company became the second largest independent microfinance institution in Mexico.
